KL Rahul’s Cricket Career
He was selected for Karnataka’s team due to his impressive performance in the Under-19 World Cup. In the 2010–11 season, he debuted in first-class play.
He performed poorly and was fired the next season. In the 2012–13 season, he had an outstanding comeback, scoring 400 runs at an average of 50 in five games.

Controversies
Rahul’s biggest scandal occurred in 2019 when he and Hardik Pandya made sexist comments on Karan Johar’s talk show “Koffee with Karan.” The players discussed their relationships and crushes while making some nasty remarks.
The two cricketers were instructed to provide INR 1 lakh apiece to the widows of 10 paramilitary force constables who died in the line of duty by BCCI Ombudsman DK Jain.
